Ezekiel Labesa

He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (ACII), an holder of degree in Business Administration from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo state, Nigeria and also a holder of Master of International Law and Diplomacy (MILD) from University of Lagos, Nigeria. Akoka, Lagos State.  He is an alumnus of the Management Advancement Program of the Wits Business School of the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa.

He began his career in the insurance industry with African Alliance Insurance Company Limited in 1989 where he rose to the position of an Assistant Manager, Life and Pensions Operations. He left African Alliance in 2002 to join Fortune Assurance Company Limited as the Life Underwriter and later became the Head, Life and Pensions. He moved in August 2005 to join Guardian Trust Insurance Company Limited (now KBL Insurance) where he was the pillar behind the affairs of the Life and Pensions arm of the company before joining Oceanic Life Assurance Company Limited to set its foundation as pioneer head of the life business in August 2006. The company went into management service agreement in 2012 and was later acquired by Old Mutual Life Assurance Company Limited in 2013.

Ezekiel has served within the insurance industry for an upward of thirty years. He served in various capacities, both at middle and top management levels during these period. He has also attended various workshops, seminars and forums on financial planning and management, Life Assurance and Pensions Management, Reinsurance, Underwriting and Claims management amongst others
