Ifeoma brings over 18 years of diverse experience to her role as Head of Internal Audit at Old Mutual Nigeria Life Assurance Company. Throughout her career, having worked in three insurance companies, has gained a strong understanding of the distinct risks and challenges faced by insurance companies.
She is a leader who thrives in building high-performing teams, and in identifying and mitigating potential vulnerabilities across the organization by fostering collaborative stakeholder engagement to promote a strong internal control culture.
Ifeoma is a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA), a Certified fraud examiner (CFE), and a Certified Information Systems auditor. She also holds a master’s degree in business Administration (MBA) and Economics (M.Sc.). She is passionate about continuous learning and staying abreast of the latest developments in the internal audit profession and the insurance industry
